Mesa Grill and Mon Ami Gabi are both very good places.
At Mon Ami Gabi you can sit on the patio area outdoors (or just inside by the windows) and watch the Bellagio fountains while you eat. It is a French steakhouse that's know for their steak frites. Mesa Grill is one of Bobby Flay's restaurants and serves SW cuisine. Their pork medallions are very good.
