I've had annual passes to DL several times, and I worked at Magic Kingdom in WDW
So I know those two parks pretty well. I'll give my take on a few.
Space Mountain: Disneyland wins, by far. The music adds a ton. The Florida version is more like the Matterhorn.
Big Thunder: Better at Disneyland. Especially at night.
Pirates: It's so much shorter in Florida. Disneyland wins.
Haunted Mansion: For the outside, Disneyland wins. For the inside, it's Florida - mainly because of the great new "hitchhiking ghosts" at the end.
Castle: Florida's is much more impressive and huge, but the original wins for nostalgia's sake.
