if they're smart they'll go to 14, maybe even 16, not 12.
It's only a matter of time before the other B5 go to 16 teams.
The Big 12 is always reactive, instead of proactive and they'd be smart to get ahead of the curve by adding at least 4 more teams, not just 2.
I'd add BYU & Boise State (giving them a travel partner). I'd also add Cincinnati, giving WV a travel partner. And even though there's already 4 TX teams in the Conference, Houston would be another solid addition.
If they expand to 16, then throw in UCF and Memphis.
