You can call from google voice, and have it ring to your phone first, then connect to the person you are calling. I put a VM message that tells incoming callers that it is for outgoing calls only. This forces them to call the main number and be properly screened and routed.
Texts can be forwarded to your phone.
I used to have it autodial from our CRM, but google killed that feature with hangouts.
