hmmm ... you might place too much emphasis on being personable IMO. Maybe you're right but we'll see how Kalani does now that the apron strings to kyle have been cut (although Gary Anderson was an excellent DC himself). Bronco was/is an outstanding DC so are you saying he's a great HC ? My opinion is that neither of them have proven they could be a great HC and either would be a leap of faith to be hired as one.
