On the Staley/Doman offense . . .
Because those two were putting up ridiculous stats, two guys often get ignored when discussing that offense: Reno Mahe and Doug Jolley (both of whom stuck on NFL rosters for a while). I personally think the QB/RB combo of Hill and Williams is better than the Doman and Staley combo. Hill just hasn't had the consistent targets at WR and TE that Doman had that season and also hasn't had as good of an OL. Between Mitch Matthews and Nick Kurtz, hopefully we have the consistent threats at WR we've been missing. Also, I think our OL should be on par with what we had in 2001.
