I am just saying you cannot look at the offensive output from then
and expect a similar output as evidence of comparable offensive capability. BYU has a tougher row to hoe this year compared to 2001. Lets put it this way, if BYU wins its first 12 games this year, the discussion will be if they will make the playoff or not. In 2001 they didn't even make the bowl alliance. Also, BYU could have better athletes at every position on offense than in 2001 and still not average over 40 points per game.
