back in the day. Was once in the same small back-stage room as Eddie, John Entwistle (RIP), Steve Stephens, and can't remember who else. Never did break big in the US, but we did the LA club scene in the late 80s and were pretty darn good. Had some fun in Japan for a bit, too. Drummer had a bit of a break-down, and that was about that as far as the career was concerned. I couldn't bear the idea of trying to hack out a living as a sideman or session guy, and didn't want to play in any band other than with my long-time two best friends. So, when the drummer bailed, the whole project screeched to a halt. Just when the getting was good - back in the good ol' days when labels were willing to sign and develop promising artists. We had major label interest, but oh well. Had a great time, made some great music, and stayed close to my friends and the gospel through it all. Still dabble in my home studio all these years later. And, my two bandmates now live in the same region of the country as I do, so we're actually getting back to making music together on a limited basis.
