My advice - stay away from Zaxby's
Check out the sodium on their menu. If you get a Chicken plate, it's 4500 mg of sodium. That's 3 days worth of salt.
It makes KFC look like health food.
My family will never, ever go there. Sorry, I don't care if they cozied up to BYU as a sponsor. It's a heart-attack waiting to happen.
