I second this. Had an EXCELLENT customer service experience with Coleman too
We had a microburst storm hit while we were in Zion. Broke tree limbs, sent EVERYBODY's tents flying. It was the very first time we used the tent, and it ripped out the stake loops. We called Coleman to see how to fix them, and they said they would replace it for free (they wanted their designers to take a look at how it ripped, and figure out how to make it stronger).

The only complaint is it needed better weather proofing. But the newer models are better.
