In spite of her requests to set it up in advance to check it out, I didn't and when we got there it was missing a key support piece to attach some poles together. Before I noticed that, the elastic string in one of the poles broke making it a pain to keep the pole together. But I was able to use that elastic string to rig a support piece using a plastic spoon so we could still have a place to sleep.
So Ozark Trail quality seems pretty crappy. On the bright side, my wife contacted the company when we got home to get that support piece and a new pole. After some back and forth, they said that they don't have any replacement parts so they sent us a new tent (a bigger one than we had bought- it arrived today). Their support is okay.
