2006 or 2009.
First, the schedule is one of the toughest we've ever played, headlined by an absolutely brutal September with three of the four games played on the road. It is not a stretch to think that we could be looking for our first win when UConn visits Provo in October.
Second, our starting QB has already had two season-ending injuries and will have to be a running threat for us to win big games. Given those two facts, I think he's less likely to play his full senior season than Beck or Hall, even if only slightly less.
Like I said, I'm excited too -- but buckle up because it could get really ugly really fast. The flip side is that if we win lots of games, we could be in for a 1996-esque season. I could go for that.
