Even though it is sort of a college town, it is very family oriented. The city also requires that for every neighborhood development there has to be a certain amount of open land and parks. Houses are not built on top of each other. It is also cycling friendly and easy to get around on bikes.

We would move there in a heartbeat if we had decent job offers.
