Nice that the P12 is getting talked about like this. Top-to-bottom, they have

a lot of good teams, and could certainly be talked about as the most competitive conference. I agree with the above posters, though, that until they win some titles, it's hard to make the argument that they are the "best" conference. The best conference is the one that wins the championships, period.
