and I can wear pretty much whatever I want to work. My normal attire consists of tee shirts, jeans and Vans shoes. I wear shorts once in a while too. BTW, my company is publicly listed, is doing well, and is very serious about their business results and financial planning/forecasts. My office environment is the best that I have worked in, and results have not suffered in the least due to employee attire.

I've also worked for companies that required a shirt, tie and slacks, and other companies that require 90's-style business casual. None of those companies did as well as my current company.
