going in there occasionally. One time we saw a rough looking couple go in and look around. I called the cops because I thought they were squatting. The cops rolled up and pulled out their guns and had the couple kneeling on the ground with their hands on their heads.

Turns out they were renting the place, and were just looking at it. I felt kind of bad about that, but they ended up being bad neighbors anyway, so I stopped feeling bad.
