That player could be Shaw, or he may surprise all his doubters, me among them (but only on reports from family and friends who have seen him play for i have never seen him).

Interesting how you described his growth and projected height. Same happened with Jabari Parker. In the 9th grade, Jabari was listed at 6'9" 220 lbs and already showing NBA talent. He is still 6'9". But back then, he was projected to be a 7 footer and thus the comparison to LeBron James.

He has since been downgraded from a projected all-time great to just another NBA multi-year All-Star. Still not bad.
