roast carrots, for example
Slice the carrots long-ways, toss them in a mixing bowl with olive oil, sea salt, tarragon, black pepper, onion powder, and a little garlic powder. Then, spread them out on a cookie sheet, and roast at about 400 for 15 minutes.
Delicious.
