But I feel that he is justified by leaving it as is. In real life, you can't just take back or edit what you said; you have to own up to mistakes. He's owning up to it and leaving it alone. It shows that he's honest about his mistakes and is accepting that he might get crap for it later, and that is a risk to take by not editing the post.
