Mizzou would still be in the B12, although still begging for a B1G invite. WVU could be in the SEC. B12 wouldn't be considering an eastern wing of AAC programs that are #3 (or worse) in their respective markets.

Although it's still likely that the B1G pursues Mizzou. AAU, contiguous state, access to 2 attractive TV markets, no messy GoR. They'd be stupid not to try.
