DirectTV- I signed a 1 year contract & it's up so my bill went up- BUT they are

saying since i have their dvr i signed a two year deal- I positive I didn't but I'm also positive I don't have the documentation that says I didn't as well. really upset with them since i find that to be really slight of hand. Offer me a one year contract that is really two- Anything I can do?
