Riley still would have had the same effective passing range of 15 yards and we would have struggled. Taysom would have still been injured in his second years as a starter after a first year where he started slow.( that was not unexpected and happens most of the time with new qb's)
For whatever reason bronco would still have turned his defense rover to a non respected, average high school coach last year. Not being in the PAC had nothing to do with these reason we struggled.

The things that have gone wrong on the field have nothing to do with confrence affiliation. Horrible coaching decisions are to blame. The good thing about horrible coaching decisions is that coaches can learn and be better.

We have seen some evidence of change let's hope it isn't a mirage.
