If three independent timers are clocking somebody at 4.17, they should probably take a hard look at their methods. This is even more true when their timing methods show that their team's times would dominate the NFL combine last year.

Just doesn't pass the smell test. Just admit it. No doubt Utah has some fast players, but are we to say that they have that many fast guys relative to all the SEC schools, the other Pac-12 schools, Texas (who always has Olympic-level sprinters on their squad), etc?
