He needs to make decisions better. Throw it early, anticipate where receivers will be, throw it to them in stride and before they're open, not hesitate, etc. They all need to step up. I'd love to see him become a great passer. His supporting cast could be great but he still has a way to go upstairs as a QB. Hopefully he trusts them.
