Xfinity has been to my house 3 times and can't get it to work

The first time they were here it took the guy 5 hours to hook up two boxes (had cable at this house before with no problems) and he hooked it up using coax cables to the TV... The system constantly freezes.

Oh, and Comcast "customer service"
