One of the best historical fiction listening experiences of my life was
The Terror by Dan Simmons. Based on real events but twisted into some fascinating, gonzo fiction.
The Martian was really fun.
Ready Player One.
And the Song of Ice and Fire is excellent as performed by Roy Dortrice.
