Utah and TCU often recruit sprint champions that are not huge football stars

The best way to compete with teams that have higher rated recruits is to look for guys that are very fast with untapped football potential. According to sites like football matrix.com, the Utes have the highest success rate in the country at placing players in the NFL compared to their recruiting rankings. TCU is #3 on the list. BYU is not in the top 20. You can't coach speed. Do Ute coaches exaggerate 40 times? Yes. Do the Utes have more than their share of elite speed? Yes.
