One that we pay for (that my wife carries around) and one that my employer pays for (that I carry around).

I don't give out my work phone number to anyone except family (was asked for it specifically by the bishop and HPGL and replied that I couldn't give it to them).

We don't have a land line phone (the phone that my wife carries is the one listed in the ward directory).

We typically ignore both phones when we're home on evenings and weekends, unless it's family.
