I'm not sure it is the best but they used to have these in Northern Virginia 20 years ago when I was growing up. One of my families favorite places to go. They are now mostly closed in Virginia but they are all over the mid-west and there is one in Lincoln.

I've even been there when I drove through one time. My two cents.
