If both OSU and TCU go undefeated in the regular season
Boykin will win it over Elliott, or one of their 10 QBs. Unless someone else steps up. Plenty of good QBs out there this year. I don't know if there will be a Watkins/Cooper receiver out there, but a receiver could make the finalist chart too. Never know.
