In BYU's offense, the back that carries most of the
rushing load (Jamaal, Harvey Unga, Staley) is usually designated by "RB" and the bigger, blocking back is usually shown as "HB" or "Combo" back (Manase, Lasike, etc.). I'm just trying to follow BYU's convention.
Though, to be fair, Algie has seen most of his time this fall as the primary (usually smaller) back. I think the Depth Chart update later today will show him as the #1 at both spots with him playing the Combo spot when a lead blocker is needed for Carter or Hine.
