2005-07 One of the big things that was brought up on the recruiting trail is that no school west of the Mississippi had more players in the NFL than BYU, with the exception of USC. That can't be said anymore, it's no longer a recruiting tool. G5 schools are passing up BYU in this area.

And yes, I realize that Central Michigan isn't west of the Mississippi, that one was added for effect.
