Funny you mention Xfinity. Today is my annual "call and threaten to cancel" day.
I was on hold for about 10 seconds and on the line with someone for about 2 minutes. In the end, they extended my current deal for another 12 months (Almost every channel including HBO and sports channels, 50mb internet, and X1 DVR) for $89. I was just about to post on here that Comcast is getting better at customer service and is costing less and praise competition as the reason.
