I've liked the CA school fans, ASU fans, Colorado, and Oregon St. fans.
But those 4 Pac-12 schools (Oregon, Wazzu, WA, and AZ) have stood out to me as far-and-away more obnoxious than the others. (So far)
But of the MWC schools, yeah, Wyoming fans tended to be the worst. None of the others really stuck out much in my mind, other than BYU fans of course, but I give them a pass because it's a rivalry, and because I've had enough individual exchanges with them that I can't really paint with a broad brush.
