Wife decided to surprise me today.
She knows I love smoking things in the Traeger and thought she would smoke some ribs for me while I was at work (her first time).
She decided to follow the 5-4-3 method. 5 hours @ 450 degrees, 4 hours wrapped @450, and 3 hours unwrapped @ 450. She used up almost a full bag of pellets.
Looks like we are calling Domino's.
