Since I didn't grow up playing football and basketball I never feel like I can speak to the details of the game as well as everybody else -- although I enjoy reading them -- but yes I am a big sports fan and that's how I found this board in the first place.

That, and because most sports boards are not moderated so nicely, so they're hard to read.
