They are, but the don't make it obvious, IMO. (Link).
They have a "podcast link" on their website, but it is just to an embeded streaming audio widget. They have a Podcast on iTunes under the name "Cougar Sports with Ben Criddle." If you search for it, you should find it. I use PodCast Addict on an Android device.
I pointed out to them how hard it was to find their actual podcast one time on Twitter. They said they would add a link to their page. Don't know if they have. But this is the RSS/Podcast link - if you put this into your Podcast app it will subscribe you to the podcast:
