Ok, so who is the expert on Smokers, ie, smoked meat etc.
I was told I need to get one. Do I spend loads to get a good one? Can you use the smoker to cook burgers and hotdogs, etc.

Not me, but I know an expert, and he bought a Big Green Egg.

you can do burgers on a bullet style smoker, but it's not good for searing.
