I don't know how they stack up in the weight room, but I've seen both of them run during games and Jamaal runs stronger than Hine. Jamaal almost never goes down from the first contact--for his size, he is pretty difficult to bring down. Hine goes down a lot easier. It's kind of like comparing track speed vs. football speed--some guys run pedestrian 40 times, but can never seem to be caught on the field (i.e. Jerry Rice.) Others never seem to play up to their reported 40 times.
