appears that a new charge has been reopened-maybe related to his probation (a previously unknown charge?) or it could be there was an error in the Dallas county system because previous searches only turned up 2 separate matters but now there are 3, 2 pending felonies, both counts are for aggravated sexual assault and 1 misdemeanor charge for the marijuana possession.
