Even in a state like texas where prosecutors are agressive they don't like to
lose or anything close to it, especially being overly zealous against an "innocent" man, especially a person of color in today's political climate. IMO they wouldn't bring charges if they didn't think they could get a conviction or at least leverage a plea deal. I'm virtually certain that there was wrongdoing, the question is to what degree. IMO the truth is somewhere in between soliciting and the agg sex assault, hopefully closer to simple solicitation. Except for the marijuana. No doubt about that one, unless cops are framing him.
