RE: Why aren't mortgage rates falling more, with stocks tanking so much?
1 - In 2008 rates and stocks plummeted in response to a crappy housing market. Rates didn't plummet based on stock market activity.
2 - Rates are still extremely low, historically speaking. It's highly unlikely that we see another dip in mortgage rates.
