as manager? It seems like every year for the past 3 or 4 years the Nationals get picked as a preseason favorite to win the NL east or at least make a playoff run. The team, on paper, looks like it's stacked with talent, but they always seem to underperform. I'd think it's a managerial issue. Is the buzz surrounding the team that Williams may be out the door because he can't put it together on the field?
