They do have to pay attention to any game on the board though--anything Billy Walters can bet, they need to be up to speed on. The bottom line is that its not public perception that sets the line--its dudes in dark rooms with computer screens that probably know way more about sports than anyone on this site (or even ESPN for that matter).
