Coats lifted himself into the TE position

Crowton was very upset Coats decided on his own to eat and lift himself into a tight end after his redshirt year. Obviously, Coats made the right decision to change from a receiver with questionable hands and no extra gear to a tight end. He ended up being one of BYU's best blocking tight ends ever.
