Watched Rocky I in its entirety for the 1st time last night.
Couldn't help but notice how young Sly Stallone was ironically in the worst shape of all the Rocky movies in part 1. He was probably around 30 which is "prime" for most men yet he was smaller, less lean and defined than 60+ yr old Sly Stallone is today.
Dwayne "the Rock" Johnson took the same course as well.
