Defamation of character is damage.

Incidentally, mike was on the radio with Ben crossly at 6:00 tonight and Mike said that his bosses made him take down the tweets because they received a phone call from an attorney threatening litigation for defamation of character. Maybe there isn't a good case, but as it turned out, it WAS the reason he had to take it down. I thought it interesting given this thread.
