Rant for the day.

My daughter is in 7th grade and is a cheerleader for Lehi Jr High.

The way football works in this school district is that there are football teams for each grade in middle school...I think.

Anyway, many of you know how hard it is to get any kind of information from a 13 year old girl. So...I ask her for her schedule, and of course she doesn't have it, she just goes to cheer practice and on the last day of cheer practice for the week, the coach tells them/reminds them where to go for Saturday's game. So...really, the girls don't care to know, they are just doing their thing and show up where the coach tells them to go.

Anyway, so...going through my daughter was proving senseless...so, I called Lehi Jr. High for the football schedule.
They didn't have it....apparently. So, they referred me to the Lehi Legacy Rec Center.
They didn't have it...and aren't even affiliated with it.

So...I go to the internet to 'find' a schedule. There is none.

But there is: "lehiyouthfootball.org" ...which is the sponsoring organization for football in Lehi....great! I found it!
Nope....no schedule is listed on the website for any team.

So I go to "contact us"....and there are multiple listings:
The President and his info
VP and his info
Etc. etc...

I find the most likely one that handles these issues:

"Information: Scott Bunker" and his contact information

Borg sends an email: "Where can I find the Lehi Jr High football schedule? Dates, times, places, etc?" (remember it's nowhere to be found on their entire website of the actual "Lehi Jr. High Football"...so....
Reply: "What team are you looking for?"

Borg: "Lehi Jr. High, 7th grade football. Is it online somewhere? I called the school and they didn't know."

His reply: "What is the name of the coach?"

Borg: "No, no...my daughter is a cheerleader and I'm just trying to find out when and where they cheer"
Borg: "Maybe just send me all of the schedules as they may rotate between teams"

His reply: "Couldn't you just ask the cheerleading coach? Not trying to be a jerk, but I don't know you, and in today's world, I do not like to just give out information. If you could give me more information....."

What the? If I gave him any more information, I'd just give HIM the schedule. Can you believe that? Would NOT give out a football schedule?

Borgs reply: "This reply because of a request for a football schedule? Forget it."

Freaking unbelievable.
