Guaranteed it's port blocker or something your company installed
to filter content and someone at corporate or the IT company thought it a good idea to specifically block the port ESPN and others use for streaming.
It's not affecting one browser, it's affecting all of them from that one source but only the streaming from that source not other videos.
Heard of this happening a bunch during March Madness with the CBS streaming app. Lots of corps blocked it.
