Yes it's true. Anae never took their older son as a serious D1 recruit. Neither
did anyone else in the state except for a few BYU coaches--who are now gone.
The tough lesson to learn here isn't that we missed on Britain (we didn't--he simply chose elsewhere); it's that we missed with his brother. When you sign a kid based on legacy/name rather than on talent, you lose more than just the one talented player who could've been signed in his stead.
